Schools with up to 100 students and up to 15 coaches pay $299 AUD a month, or $3,150 AUD a year. Schools over either limit pay $499 AUD a month, or $5,199 AUD a year. Annual billing saves $438 and $789 respectively. Every product capability is included in both plans.
What counts as an athlete?
Your plan is priced on the number of students at your school, not per seat. An athlete who plays across two of your teams still has one profile, and their training load rolls up from both.
How do you handle student data and privacy?
Athletic Advantage is built with role-based access and guardian-consent workflows for school sport. Wellness data is treated as wellness data — it is explicitly not a medical record. Student-athletes under 18 require verified parental or guardian consent before any data is recorded. You can review our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Wellness Data Policy at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime, no lock-in. Both plans are month-to-month, or annual if you choose to pay yearly and save. If you cancel an annual plan, it runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
How do athletes join?
When you create a team you get a 6-character join code (for example, HVW01). Share it with your athletes and they enter it to join. There is nothing to install or provision per seat — onboarding is built around the code, and recovery data starts appearing as soon as athletes check in.
What about athletes on multiple teams?
Multi-team athletes are handled natively. Each team is a scoped channel with its own chat, but training load aggregates across every team an athlete belongs to — so ACWR and recovery scores reflect their true total workload. In chat they see one channel per team, never a single merged feed.
Who owns the data?
Your program does. We are the processor, not the owner. Chat messages are stored for 12 months and then auto-archive, and the app actively reminds everyone not to share personal information like addresses, phone numbers, or passwords in chat. Wellness data stays separate from medical records, per our Wellness Data Policy.
