What does it cost?
Small-School Plan: $8,000 a year, or $759 a month. Large-School Plan: $15,000 a year, or $1,429 a month. Prices are in Australian dollars and cover the whole school.
What counts as an athlete?
Plans are priced per school by the number of students and coaches using the platform, not per seat. Small-School covers up to 100 students and 15 coaches; Large-School applies once a school exceeds either limit.
How is athlete data handled?
Hosted in Australia, scoped by role, guardian consent for athletes under 18, and never sold or used for advertising. See the Trust Centre and the privacy policy.
Can we cancel?
Yes, anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the school keeps access until the end of the paid period.
How do athletes join?
With a 6-character team code from their coach, for example HVW01. The school provides the app during onboarding. See join your team.
What if an athlete is on two teams?
They are one athlete with one record. Each team’s coach sees that athlete on their own roster; the athlete checks in once.
Who owns the data?
Your school and the athlete. We are the processor, not the owner.
