Getting started
How do I enrol my school?
Start the guided setup from any Enrol your school button. You'll create your school profile, add your first team, and set up your administrator account. An email verification step confirms your account before teams and invitations go live.
Who can enrol a school?
Enrolment should be completed by an authorised school representative — typically a sports coordinator, head of department, or administrator with the authority to set up a school-wide subscription.
How do coaches get access?
Once your school and first team are set up, invite coaches by email from the admin console. Each coach sets their own password and lands in a console scoped to their team's roster.
Guardian consent
Do guardians need to consent before an athlete uses the app?
Yes. Athletes under 18 need guardian consent on record before wellness check-ins become available to them. See the guardian information page for what's collected and why.
Can an administrator see consent status?
Yes — administrators see consent status across every team, so nothing is chased over email or tracked in a separate spreadsheet.
Roles & access
Can a coach see athletes on other teams?
No. Coach access is scoped to their own team's roster only. Administrators have school-wide visibility for setup and oversight; athletes see only their own information.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. You'll get a reset link by email if an account exists for that address.
Pricing
What's the difference between the Small-School and Large-School plans?
Small-School covers up to 100 students and up to 15 coaches. Large-School applies once a school exceeds either limit. Every core capability is available on both plans — see full pricing.
