Recovery Score

Updates the moment they check in

The daily loop

One check-in closes the loop for the whole team.

An athlete answers a short set of questions before training. A Recovery Score appears instantly. The coach's dashboard updates. The coach decides what to do — all inside a few minutes, every day.

  1. 1

    Athlete checks in

Sleep, energy, soreness map, wellbeing — four steps, under 20 seconds.

  2. 2

    Recovery Score appears

Instantly, on the athlete's own home screen — never a fabricated placeholder while it's blank.

  3. 3

    Coach dashboard updates

Who's checked in, ranked by recovery — an automated insight flags who needs attention.

  4. 4

    Coach acts

Assign a recovery program or send a message — the loop begins again tomorrow.

Four connected capabilities

Everything a program needs, nothing bolted on.

Product-led

Daily wellness and recovery

A 20-second check-in produces a same-day Recovery Score — built from the athlete's own inputs plus a tap-to-mark soreness map.

Used by athletes daily, reviewed by coaches every morning.

Data-led

Workload monitoring

ACWR compares recent training load against an athlete's own baseline — a workload-planning guide, not an injury prediction.

Process-led

Recovery programs

Built in four steps: Goal → Sport & Soreness → Tools → Difficulty. Every exercise ships with a demo video.

Athlete development

Coach scores and athlete self-assessment plot on one radar across six domains. The gap is where the conversation starts.

The real app, not a mockup

Six screens. One connected system.

Every role opens to what matters to them.

Administrators see the whole school. Coaches see their team. Athletes see themselves. Same data, scoped correctly for each login.

Workload methodology

A workload signal coaches actually use.

ACWR — the acute:chronic workload ratio — compares an athlete's recent training load with their own 28-day baseline. It's a planning guide for a conversation, not a prediction.

Below 0.8 — lighter recent workload 0.8–1.5 — balanced range Above 1.5 — elevated recent workload

ACWR is a workload-planning guide, not an injury prediction or medical assessment. Coaches should weigh athlete feedback, context and professional advice alongside it.

Accessible summary: Sam R.'s ACWR is 1.2, inside the balanced 0.8 to 1.5 range, based on an acute 7-day load of 4.6 against a chronic 28-day weekly average of 3.8. No coach action is flagged.

Trust and school controls

Built with the guardrails already in place.

Who sees what

Administrator School-wide setup & consent status
Coach Own team roster only
Athlete Their own data only

Consent workflow

No wellness data is collected for an athlete under 18 until a guardian has responded to a consent request.

School / team separation

No cross-school data pool. A coach never sees another school's athletes.

Administrator oversight

Consent status, staffing and subscription — visible school-wide, without needing athlete-level detail.

Wellness ≠ medical

Check-ins are wellness self-reports, kept separate from medical records, by design.

Pricing

Two plans. Priced per school.

Every capability is included in both plans. Size is the only variable.
