Joining your team takes a code, not a download link.

Athletic Advantage's app isn't in public app stores yet. Your school gives you everything you need directly — here's exactly how it works.

    Get the app from your school

    Athletic Advantage isn't publicly listed on the App Store or Google Play yet, so we won't send you looking for a button that doesn't exist. Your coach or school will tell you exactly how to get the app — usually a direct link or install instructions shared with your team.

    Sign in or create your account

    Open the app and create an athlete account, or sign in if your school already set one up for you.

    Enter your team's join code

    Every team has a 6-character code (for example, HVW01). Your coach gives it out — enter it in the app to connect your account to your team.

    Complete age and consent requirements

    If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must grant consent before any wellness data is collected — that's a required step, not optional. See Parent or guardian information for how that works.

    Start checking in

    Once your team join is approved and any required consent is in place, your daily check-in, recovery score and development plan are ready to use.

I don't have a team code

Join codes are created by your school when your coach sets up your team — we can't issue one directly, since it has to come from someone who can confirm you belong on that team. Ask your coach or your school's sports administrator for your code and access instructions. If you're not sure who that is, your school office can point you to the right person.
